"I'm sorry I don't remember who came out, but they did a fantastic job. They did 14 windows inside and out, plus pulled the screens and scrubbed them. They put everything back, were very careful with their ladders, took off their shoes while inside, and even got rid of the dead ladybugs on the foyer window ledge for me. (why do builders put ledges under windows that high up?) They double checked to make sure everything was right before they left. I would definitely recommend them. They did a wonderful job and now I can actually see out my windows again. Thank you Keenwick.

"The crew arrived exactly on time.  The removed all nails and filled the holes. Caulked around the windows.  They even removed and put back up my flat screen TV that was mounted on the wall. They painted all the trim and doors in the rooms.  They covered all the floors with drop cloths and did not leave one drop of paint on the floor.  I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and couldn't be happier with the work.  The cost was more than I budgeted for but it was worth it.

"My computer (Windows XP) was running very slow and had become almost inoperable. It was taking a very long time to process anything, especially anything to do with the internet. IE was taking 100% of the cpu most of the time. Jim worked on my computer remotely for several days defragging, cleaning, anti-virus, malware, etc., but could not get it to perform anywhere near where it should. We decided that I needed a new computer. Jim built me a new computer (Windows 7 with racing stripes). The new system works very well and I am pleased with it. When Jim switched my files over from old to new, the Kodak Easy-Share program with my pictures did not get transferred. He has promised to make that transfer when he installs a new door covering the DVD reader which was broken upon setup. I will update this review when this occurs. I am very pleased with the new system and would do it all over again if a similar situation were present.

"Bud and Mark came out to repair a few of my windows. They had to travel to several places to find parts. They called me often to keep me updated. Within 2 days 4 windows were repaired and 2 screens that are very high were removed and those windows were even washed! Very Satisfied."

"Absolutely perfect!!!  I hired Kargman handyman, Alex, a second time because he had done such a superb job the first time Kargman's sent him out for work.  His work is precise, detailed, and excellent.  His attitude is professional.  This time around he completed the following:
installed another new storm door (this time on the front of the house), hung another kitchen cabinet, repaired mortar on front of the house, fixed areas of siding that had come loose, caulked inside-kitchen door and baseboard, and  painted outside door of kitchen draw fan.  Finally, he provided advice to my husband regarding the living room flooring and a hallway ceiling.  The man works continuously from the moment he arrives until the projects are completed to my satisfaction.

"They came and installed the windows last October, and I have not been too thrilled with the quality of the windows.  Bruce told me that I had a lifetime warranty, but was never given anything in writing.  I was never show how to operate these windows as swell.  As of right now, when you bring the window in to clean it, you have to be very careful so that the window does not fall off.  One of the windows did actually fall off as one of the clips would not allow me to push the window up or down.  I am now not able to operate that window without the window falling off. When they came back to inspect the work, I was told that they did not cap the base of that window correctly.  Because the window was not capped correctly there is water coming in.  They said they would cap the base of that window on my next install. They are coming back out today to fix the window that will not open without falling off and they said they will cap the base of the other window as well.  Bruce told me that I would not be charged for any of these problems.  When I spoke to the company they said there would be a charge as Bruce was no longer working there anymore.  I feel very strongly that I should not be charged for the capping of the window that they forgot to cap."

Along the project, they unfortunately found some additional issues with my deck, and I thought they quoted me fair prices for these additional fixes. Unfortunately, these additional fixes extended the time for the project, however, in the end I was very happy with how my deck looks now."
