"Three years ago in November 2013, Dan Millard and his company entered our lives and ultimately created a kitchen and sun room combination so amazing that we are still receiving compliments on its beauty and usefulness. From demolishing the former kitchen, moving a window, removing a sliding glass door, and adding heating ducts under the floor of the sun room, the project was completed in a little over a month. They created a laundry closet in one corner of the sun room and moved our washer and dryer up from the basement. "There was an existing ceiling fixture in that case and the went smoothly. Based on that previous experience, when I saw the Pariseau Electric deal for $295, I grabbed it after reading the fine print. The fine print seemed to suggest that as long as there was an existing light switch with supporting wiring in the walls that the work would fall under the deal. I tried calling James, the business owner, towards the end of the deal offer period, but couldn't reach him. So, I got the deal and then wound up getting in touch with him after the purchase.

After describing the existing room configuration and wiring, he estimated that his work would cost $400 rather than $295. In addition, he estimated that about $200-$300 of dry wall repair work would be necessary after the job. All-in, this winds up being a bigger expense than we can undertake at the current time. Although this development is disappointing, I appreciate that James was upfront and honest about anticipated costs when I spoke to him on the phone."
