"Three years ago in November 2013, Dan Millard and his company entered our lives and ultimately created a kitchen and sun room combination so amazing that we are still receiving compliments on its beauty and usefulness. From demolishing the former kitchen, moving a window, removing a sliding glass door, and adding heating ducts under the floor of the sun room, the project was completed in a little over a month. They created a laundry closet in one corner of the sun room and moved our washer and dryer up from the basement. We appreciated that the workers were in our home every weekday for at least 8 hours, and our questions were answered immediately. They even helped us set up a temporary kitchen in the adjoining dining room, so I could cook with a microwave and an electric skillet.
