"The electrician came to the door without a mask. Not realizing that the company apparently has no protection policies in place for its customers, I didn't ask him if he was vaccinated until he was leaving the house. He bragged that he, his family and friends are all unvaccinated. At a time when a virulently contagious Covid variant is making many people sick, the company should have a strict policy requiring its employees to wear masks and, if possible, be vaccinated before entering a customer's house. When I expressed my concerns to the manager, she hung up on me. I will never hire JPS again."

"Everything went very well. Nick was very punctual on time. We went upstairs and showed him the problem. He immediately went to the breaker box in the basement and checked it out. He showed me that a fuse was the problem and I could smell it had a burning odor and hear crackling. He explained everything in detail and taught me alot. He said my aluminum wiring can heat up and contract and expand causing a problem with the breaker and sparking. It had to be replaced, but he didn't have the right breaker with him. So he went to the store to get another one and replaced it all within the 1 hour deal I paid for. He actually finished early and took a few minutes to check out the outlets in the room and told me they were copper wires. He also told me about newer outlet types specifically for aluminum wires for safety. I learned alot. He was very helpful and if I need an electrician again, I will call them. The deal was $128.00 for the hour and I paid for the breaker in addition."
