"The salesman missed the first appointment scheduled for 10:00 April 23 - received call from officie at 9:10 He had emergency.scheduled next appointment for April 28 at 10:00 and salesman showed  20 minutes late. He got stuck in traffic.
Salesman was very honest about the deal I had purchased the 6 landscaping lights for $649. I could take the deal but I would be calling again to add additional lights. His ideas were right on and what type of lights and where to put them. The job was scheduled for May 6 and it would take 2 days. They called to say they could come out earlier and they did and installed all of the lights in a day and a half. The lights look great and one of the lights went out just a few weeks ago and I called and they were out the next day. There is a 5 year warranty on the lights.

"This work took place eleven months ago, but that gives us the ability to say that everything Kurt’s team planted looks great and is growing nicely, except one bush that is struggling, which Kurt agreed to replace without hesitation. We have been in our house for 22 years, and finally got around to replacing the crummy landscaping and walkway the developer put in. "I purchased the big deal package for a tree crew for an entire day.  I needed a lot of work to trim and clean up the large trees in my backyard along with removal of a diseased tree and a couple of small (less than 6" diameter) trees.  Ben, the owner came by and determined that yes, the backyard could be completed in an 8-hour shift per the big deal.  He also gave me an estimate for another 2-hours and $400 to trim the trees in my front yard--which I accepted.  After winter weather delays, the crew arrived promptly on time and finished the front yard first. The owner does all the trimming work while his crew handles the ground work and limb grinding.   While the crew was there, I approved additional work to cut down four large and dangerous Polar trees for an additional of $1500.  All work was completed in a professional manner in accordance with the contract.

"Mr. Wilburn's crew showed up on time Thursday to rake my leaves.  They had to reschedule when the weather turned unfavorable in the middle of their work.  The crew returned Friday as promised to finish the work.  Since I was at the office that, I could not hand them the check in person.  Mr. Wilburn let me mail it.  My contractor was in the house that day take care of a project and commented that the crew did an excellent job.  I inspected the results afterwards and agree.  Mr. Wilburn's company will be back next year to mow my lawn and take care of my other landscaping needs.
