"Hugh took a call on Sunday after a washing machine hose failed and caused water damage to the carpet in the bedroom.  He agreed to come on Tuesday afternoon.  Before his arrival the furniture and carpet was removed and the wet pad removed.  The original carpet was air dried with fans.  Hugh obtained the right thickness pad which he brought with him and replaced the pad and installed the carpet.  The job was done efficiently with excellent results.  He was comfortable working with berber wool carpet which another A rated Angie's list carpet  repair competitor would not touch.

"Wonderful! Cornelio was great to work with. He and his team were very professional and I feel like I was given their time and attention. Cornelio was always very responsive and helpful in decisions that we had to make. We moved out for the renovation and were out of town for part of it and he often sent me pictures in the evenings so I could see the progress. We have lived in our home for 7.5 years so we had a good feeling for what we needed. We hired an architect and a designer separately and that was helpful as we went in prepared with what we wanted done. Cornelio and his team took out a wall and a half bathroom and removed most of the plaster (we live in a 1930's row house in Washington, DC). He also built us a new half bathroom and rebuilt walls and doors that needed to be done. When he took out the plaster and such he found old pipes and wires that needed replacing and took care of it. He didn't ask for more money it was included in the work. One thing that really impressed me is we decided to keep our old cabinets and have them painted (by a separate company). When his guys took them off the wall they were damaged (not because of the guys negligence, they had been cement glued to the walls instead of screwed into the walls as they should have been. Cornelio made sure they were repaired and installed in a much better and safer way and you can't tell at all! We love our new kitchen and half bathroom so much! It makes our house much more comfortable and usable for our family!"

She was easy to work with, took my list of requirements and the final product is amazing! I wish I had done this years ago. It has made a tremendous difference in the look and functionality of the kitchen. Grover and Johnny were the 2 primary workers; their work ethic was impressive. They respected my home & took care not to cause any damage. Ibrahim was very responsive to a few minor follow up items. His advice regarding my query on whether to include or not a granite backsplash rise on the granite countertop was exactly correct in the end. This company uses quality products and cares about its customers, responds promptly, and performs timely follow up. I would definitely use them again."
