I live in a co-op building in DC with lots of rules about redoing a bathroom, so I decided to use Miracle Method to refinish the walls and floor tile which would have cost several thousands more to remove. The technician was friendly and prompt, The only hiccup during work was that we had parking issues due to the city deciding to block off two streets around my building with zero notice. But we were able to get those resolved. The timeline changed a little bit prior to the job, and we had made hotel reservations (its our only bathroom and we would have no toilet), so communication could have been better on that front as we had to change our plans on short notice. But they were very easy to work with. The results were stunning-- my bathroom looks brand new. I am going to be hiring them again for the tile in my kitchen. I have also recommended them to several co workers who are doing remodels.
