He had to carry tools and parts through my house to access my garage, and was extremely careful not to soil or damage anything. He explained the costs upfront, didn't try to up-sell me, quickly and expertly completed the job at an excellent price. AMS got my permit for me and was able to closely match my vinyl siding and roof shingles. It took a few days but one was because of rain. They also replaced my front gutters to fit in with my new portico.

The new portico blends well with the house and AMS took care that the new materials they used went well with the old materials. They cleaned up every day and after the job was finished. My old portico slanted down and dripped rain and snow on my front steps. The new one is a Gable roof and makes a big difference on snow days.

AMS handled al the Montgomery County inspections and the final approval.
