"These guys are awesome! The technician arrived at my house on time on a Sunday afternoon with all of the parts and tools he needed. He had to carry tools and parts through my house to access my garage, and was extremely careful not to soil or damage anything. He explained the costs upfront, didn't try to up-sell me, quickly and expertly completed the job at an excellent price. On top of that, the technician was extremely courteous; advised me on how to maintain my opener, spring and cables; and provided lubrication. I'd hire them again in an instant and highly recommend them."

"Professional worker was prompt and courteous. Completed the tune-up then made calls back to the office to ask for advice about the garage door. It is strictly my opinion, but I think the garage door was older then the worker. Nonetheless, didn't have an impact on the job. He was given excellent advice from the office which was basically "leave it because it's not broken"."

"Excellent. I really enjoyed meeting Eric. He and his staff were awesome from the very beginning. Everything was explained step by step and the workers were so polite and friendly, always smiling. Pouring concrete for a pathway or driveway can wreak havoc in your yard, but these guys were so meticulous and careful to only drive on my lawn and put dirt on my lawn. (I have a semi-detached home). They cleaned up everything nicely and even reseeded my grass where the track marks from the truck were. I have already contracted with GPRO for some additional landscaping. I would recommend them for all your landscaping needs. Edie"

"Wanted to take a long overdue moment to sing the praises of A Plus Exteriors LLC. Jairo and his team did a Top Notch job on my front paver parking pad, additional side walkway, and add-on pavers behind my house. They were prompt, professional, timely, extremely friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable! Neighbors stopped by to notice the work they did, and they even fulfilled a side project (small tree removal) request for one of my neighbors without impacting the timeline on my yard project. All of this, and at a fair price, too! Meant to post this last month when they first finished, but glad to say it now. AMS got my permit for me and was able to closely match my vinyl siding and roof shingles. It took a few days but one was because of rain. They also replaced my front gutters to fit in with my new portico.
The new portico blends well with the house and AMS took care that the new materials they used went well with the old materials. They cleaned up every day and after the job was finished. My old portico slanted down and dripped rain and snow on my front steps. The new one is a Gable roof and makes a big difference on snow days.
AMS handled al the Montgomery County inspections and the final approval.
