Andrew accommodated my request to get the tree trimming job done up to home owners insurance specificity within 2 hours due to my heavy work load. He is extremely knowledgeable and totally respected my love for my tree, which he trimmed with care. He went above and beyond by pruning the dead branches, an added bonus. The estimate took less than 15 minutes, again a big plus! I am happy, my home owners insurance is happy, good job!

Andrew Cross showed up on time, and gave a great quote for the job. Andrew showed up on the day of the job, reviewed with me what he intended to do to take the tree down. Andrew cut down the entire tree down to the ground. He cut it up in firewood size to be split. He cleaned up the area, and walked me through the results. I would definitely use Andrew for any additional tree work, and I recommend you give Cross Tree Service a call when you need work done. Thanks Andrew, Jim K.
