"Needed to have my deck stained. They provided a reasonable price. They cleaned and sanded deck. I?m glad they educated me on the oil stain. The oil stain, Ready Seal, looks great. "This company did an excellent job. House, patio, step and walkway all look 100% better. I was amazed at how clean they got the patio because it was extremely dirty, much more so than the house. I was given an appointment for the following week the same day I called them, which is significant to me since the other company I tried to use would not give me an appointment, telling me they would call the day before the service was to be performed. The staff contacted me on the day of the appointment to let me know they would be postponing my appointment time to a little later in the day due to the sudden cold temperature change the night before which continued into the next morning when the work was scheduled to be done. By the time I arrived at the house after work, the job was completed. They did not damage any of the window or door screens and the yard was the same as before they came, i.e., no water or cleaning solution all over the place. Also, their billing process was very convenient for me since I no longer live in the house; they sent the invoice via email and allowed me to mail the payment to them.
I highly recommend this company and plan to use them in the future when needed.

"We purchased an offer through Angie's List. Our house was double the size that was offered in the deal but he was kind enough to send us another price and he was really nice about it and accommodating. He could have charged us twice the price and he didn't he just gave us another special deal. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him. (10/14/2016) UPDATE Bob had offered a special deal through Angie's List to clean and scrub the roof . He said due to our home supposedly being larger then that deal offered, we would have to pay him extra for that but he would still give us a break on the total. He cleaned the roof, but it was still dirty. Bob said to wait for it to rain and it will clean the rest that was left, so we did. After the rain it still looked horrible. We reached out to him and requested he redo the job. He said he would and since then many call have been made to him with no response. We definitely are not happy with his lack of response to us especially after he had gone out of his way to make sure the house was completely clean."
