We contacted Baltimore Power Wash to clean our deck and gazebo since we were going to be putting our house on the market VERY soon.  Josh Taylor, owner, showed up on Monday to give us a quote.  He said he needed to check his schedule, but that he would try to squeeze us in over the weekend.  Instead, he called us on Tuesday and said he could make it on Wednesday once he finished another job.

Josh and an employee (oops, didn't get his name) showed up Wednesday afternoon and worked in earnest.  Cleaned the deck (and it's long!), the bannisters, the lattice work below, the attached gazebo and began working on the gazebo shingle roof.  Although a cleaning agent was applied, the shingles were proving too fragile despite Josh climbing a ladder to make a difference.  He explained to us that anymore attempts would just destroy the roof and then asked if there was anything else he could do in the place of the roof job.

I asked for the gutters in the backyard to be washed off.  He quickly complied.  They also moved all the items on the deck to clean and then moved them back again.  They even helped us out by moving a heavy garden bench down into the backyard! 

After working with several different companies for various outdoor jobs, it was a sheer pleasure to have Baltimore Power Wash. They are customer oriented, hard working, and don't walk away from the job until everyone is happy.  I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Our house was double the size that was offered in the deal but he was kind enough to send us another price and he was really nice about it and accommodating. He could have charged us twice the price and he didn't he just gave us another special deal. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him. (10/14/2016) UPDATE Bob had offered a special deal through Angie's List to clean and scrub the roof . He said due to our home supposedly being larger then that deal offered, we would have to pay him extra for that but he would still give us a break on the total. He cleaned the roof, but it was still dirty. Bob said to wait for it to rain and it will clean the rest that was left, so we did. After the rain it still looked horrible. We reached out to him and requested he redo the job. He said he would and since then many call have been made to him with no response. We definitely are not happy with his lack of response to us especially after he had gone out of his way to make sure the house was completely clean."
