Both kitchen and bathroom renovations went fabulously! From start to finish, communication was great! Easy to work with, great ideas and design consultation, reliable and trustworthy business owner and employees, amazing construction and finished product. So impressed that after kitchen remodel, I hired KTC Management for a master bathroom remodel and another smaller project. Five-star business that I would recommend wholeheartedly!

We are very happy with our new kitchen! My favorite part is a "cookbook nook" which is a 5' long by 30" deep seating area flanked on either side by bookcases for my cookbook collection. Other contractors tried to convince me that a 21" -24" deep bench would suffice. Kevin was the one that figured out how to get me what I wanted. I am glad as it has become a favorite hang out spot. We have had other projects done in the house and by the end of the job we could not wait to have everyone out of our house. I enjoyed working with Kevin, Trini and Jess so well that it was sad to see them go.

I hired Kevin to redo my deck/porch and stairs. I was extremely happy with his work and will definitely hire him for future projects. Very dependable, work was completed on schedule!

Everything went great. I am so pleased with all the work. Kevin’s crew is so nice and efficient. As a single mom I really appreciate how Kevin listened to me and really worked with my ideas for the updates I wanted to do to my house.
