"This past year, as we were removing the old wood paneling in our basement, we found a diagonal crack along one of our exterior walls. If a crack in a wall is not terrifying enough we had signs of previous water damage and the possibility of a crack in the foundation. We called AA Action Waterproofing to give an assessment and these guys were thorough. Robert spent 3 hours explaining in detail the process by which the damage occurred, the methods to repair said damage, and the steps necessary to maintain the integrity of the basement. He then followed up with a comprehensive report a day later. Based on the quality of this initial assessment we decided to go with them and could not be happier. The work crew lead by Marvin was timely, polite and efficient. They installed an underground drainage system, repaired the wall with carbon fiber slats, and underpinned the rear portion of the house. Unlike other contractors, AA Action provides a guarantee for their work. They are also very easy to work with, prompt with paperwork, and always willing to answer questions.
