Tiffany Builders did a design/build for me to convert a 2-car garage to a residence. They did a fantastic job! Everything turned out better than I hoped. The structure had quirks and some age-related issues -- Tiffany's workers ironed out everything. The place is sturdy and snug ... not to mention gorgeous! They are excellent finishers. I couldn't be happier with my sweet little house. Tiffany will do you right -- I recommend them wholeheartedly, and I thank them for the beautiful job they did for me.

Excellent service. The owner wasn’t able to make it to my home so he sent his contractors and they made sure I felt very secure with service they performed before they left my house. They even fix some defects on my neighbors roof to insure the damage would impact my roof going further.

Insulation job looks shabby. Insulation job was incomplete when the crew left but completed when I alerted Tiffany. Masonry job done crudely.

It went great. They got the exact shingles I wanted. The work was done in one day and they cleaned everything up perfectly. I could not find one single nail left in my yard after they left. I checked thoroughly all over. They did a great job and I would recommend them to any of my friends.

Milt and his team were punctual and did a wonderful job. Took the time to really investigate my truss issue instead of just doing a quick fix. Milt even made repairs that were not apart of the original quote. Everything looks great and I will be using Milt and his team for all of my upcoming renovations.

He came when he was supposed to and did a good job on the roof and touched base with us periodically. He completed the job well.

I called Tiffany to have some work done on the window sill in my house and also to remove and replace a crown on the outside door that had some weather damage to it. I could not be happier with the work done, the customer service and professionalism of Milt and his crew. Milt called and tried to schedule a day to work on the project, he was very flexible with the dates when I was able to be home. He gave me a quote and got all the work done on the same day and for the same amount he quoted. The finished work looked great and the work was done cleanly since I have wood floors and carpet inside the house. He also cleaned the weep holes and left the work clean as new. He recommended a maintenance routine for the window and the door and showed me some of the materials he had used. I was on a budget so he helped me pick right materials and repair work that would match my budget and did not try to sell me anything. One of the other contractors I talked to before I talked to Milt (who also has great reviews on Angie?s list) said I needed a new door and a window and it would cost me $5000. I feel so thankful to that contractor for not calling me back. He wasn't happy that I just wanted the door work done for $2000 and he never called me back. Thank you sir, you did me a big favor! Can you imagine getting a $5000 work recommended by one contractor getting done for less than $710 from Milt. Milt is an honest guy, I would recommend him to anybody who wants an honest contractor and a contractor with great skills. He is very professional, and has great customer service skills. Thanks Milt! Though punctuality was an issue after the job began, the work was quality and the price was reasonable. The owner was responsive to my concerns and I will definitely refer them to friends and family and consider using them again, if the need arrises.

Tiffany Renovations were great to work with on our home renovation project. The owner (Milt) was a great help as we visualized the project and had a good sense of the cost based on prior projects. He followed through on pre-project agreed deliverables. Work started on time and was completed in a timely manner. As a manager the project involved several trades (carpentry, electric, etc.) and Milt coordinated and supervised their activities very effectively. Once work began the various trades he brought in maintained a professional demeanor and kept a clean work-site. The quality of the work was excellent. We will absolutely use Milt again.

He did an outstanding job, he was very prompt, and did the job within 2 or 3 days. I did not have to call him back with any problems. He matched the shingles perfectly; I was very satisfied with the job.
