"We were very pleased.  I called Monday morning and scheduled the visit for Tuesday.  After discussing whether they could paint the wood (the trim was on the second level of our house, Ken moved it back a day to give us time to get the paint.  Scheduling was very easy and professional.
Handyman did arrive on the date scheduled.  I had left the office a message that I would be in a training all day and to call my wife if any issues.  They actually listened to the message and called her to give her an update.
The repair work looks great.  They confirmed when they were done and sent us the receipt by tomorrow morning.  We would definitely use them again.
The only hiccup we encountered is that we were told we didn't have to be home to have the work done, so neither of us took off of work.  However, they didn't tell us that they would need access to electricity until they called that morning when they realized it was a problem.  Thankfully our neighbor let them use theirs, but a heads up about that would have been good.
