I can not say enough good things about Tom and this company.. He also came back a 2nd time (though he did not have to) and help me learn how to program and use my remotes. In this day and age it is very hard to find good service and quality people who actually care about the customer.. I know the highest rating on this site is a 5 star But I would give Steadfast Systems & Thomas a 10 star rating if i was allowed too!! Great Service, Great Company and a Great guy.. I already referred him to my neighbor and he fixed their TV right on the spot. I will definite use them for sound and security systems when we get finished moving in.. "Yesterday I called Mike while our local firemen were at my house for an emergency. He came straight over and arrived within 20 minutes. He discovered my issue was a Delmarva Power issue as my house was not receiving adequate power. Delmarva Power technician discovered a break in our underground wires. I am thankful for Mike coming so quickly and being professional during such a chaotic time for us. I will be calling Mike this week to schedule additional work to our home and will call him with any electrical needs in the future. Thank you, Mike!"
