I was very leary at first, because we recently cleaned the carpets and were concerned and/or confused that mold could be in our basement. They arrived quickly after the pipe was fixed by our plumber, demoed, and dried out the areas, even handled packing out our furniture and placing carefully in a pod storage while the work was being done.
