"AR Bowen replaced my 13 year old fireplace with a more efficient propane fireplace. It looks beautiful, and will keep me warm when the power goes out. George returned my call timely, unlike another company in the area. He answered all my questions, replaced my fireplace within a week, was friendly, and very customer service oriented. I will recommend AR Bowen to my friends and family. Great company!"

"I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding job that your technician, Mercado Domingo did on my gas fireplace. I have had an ongoing problem with soot buildup on the interior of the firebox and glass window. I have had 3 other companies service the fireplace with no success as the soot would start building up right away. Mercado diagnosed the problem, cleared a restriction in the chimney and cleaned the entire unit. He went above and beyond what the other technicians did. I now enjoy a beautiful clean fireplace after 10 years of soot."

"I was dreading doing this work on my place as I was worried that it wouldn’t turn out the way I wanted. Brad came out and did an emasculate job on my fireplace and the bricks I chose for my fireplace turned out 10 times better than I expected! Thanks for the great work Brad!"
