Great. Tony was recommended by another company I hired as being very honest, and never recommending work that didn't need to be done. He came out within a couple of days and looked the fireplace over from inside and from outside. He explained that the refractory panels were cosmetic only since the entire firebox is metal, and didn't need to be replaced unless I wanted a nicer look. He also told me where I could order them and the approximate cost, in case I wanted to do the work myself. He also looked at the photos of the suspicious areas of the stack that the other company had provided and said that there was nothing suspicious about them. That was just normal use, and they looked fine. I certainly appreciated his honesty and his recommendations. I have already recommended him to my daughter.
Description of Work: I'd had some conflicting reports on the state of my wood-burning fireplace, and needed another opinion. I had some cracked refractory panels, and one company had suggested that I had some potential problems with the metal stack.
