The company built 4 dog kennels in my laundry room, tiled the walls, and painted the walls and concrete floor. The build and the tile job was amazing. It was everything I wanted. The paint job on the walls could be better. If the paint job was better, I would have given them a 5.0. All and all, I am very happy with the way it turned out. Again the kennels and the tile job is amazing and I could not be happier with that.

Work was completed in a timely matter.

Desire s team was efficient and did quality work. The owner himself came to check work throughout our project and take on a few challenging repairs that we needed along the way. They not only replaced our deck railings and deck boards, but also painted the majority of our home, repaired a difficult door handle, replaced light fixtures, repaired a banister, and repaired a leaking shower faucet. The price was very reasonable and they started and ended the job as scheduled. The owner really went the extra mile to help us out, even coming out on July 4th to wrap up with us. Highly recommend Desire!

In April 2020, Mr. GodLove with Desire Contracting, reconstructed a front porch and added columns, a roof extension, as well built a roof frame, plus put on a roof for a gazebo.  From the day the job was started to the completion date, it was complete professionalism, and a job well done.  I have worked with several contractors in my line of work, as a Real Estate Broker for the past 40 years, as well as an investor and I can tell you that I have seen it all.  Under Godlove's supervision, his worker's arrived every morning early 8 ish and stayed all day until around 5 ish, every day until the job was complete, they worked all day and the difficult cuts made to frame the gazebo roof were excellent.  The invoice/pricing in the beginning were clear, accurate and priced well.  Overall I give GodLove and Desire Contracting a 10 for an excellent job well done.  I have other job lined up with him as we speak! I highly recommend him!

Godlove was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He is clear, reliable and very professional and the work he and his crews did made us love our house so much more. In addition to putting in gorgeous new wood flooring throughout our house, he also rebuilt our sloping and rotting front porch, and revamped our worn out back screen porch. Now we love being in all these spaces.

Godlove did an excellent job on my project. It took me forever to find someone to do the job I wanted. I kept searching under fireplace contractors, which didn't get me anywhere. I called Home Advisor and told them what I was looking for, and they were able to connect me to the right contractor (general contractor). I wanted my newly purchased linear electric fireplace recessed into a floor to ceiling surround, with a flat screen TV mounted on top. He framed and built the surround and also tiled it just like I wanted; 12x24 tiles horizontal around the fireplace, and vertical on top. It turned out beautiful; very sleek and modern!! It looks better than the ones you find in the model homes! When people walk into my living room they gasp...ha! The price was reasonable as well. I'll be calling him back for more projects soon. :-) Thank you!!

We hired Desire for a whole home renovation which included basement, kitchen, bathrooms and whole house painting. The work was very good quality and the prices were fair and reasonable.

Godlove Mancho and the Desire Contractors remodeled a home I purchased. He was familiar with the Renovation Loan process and was instrumental from beginning to the end. The Team did an excellent job in doing the carpet, painting, replacing all of the wood on the deck, roof repair, bathroom remodeling, appliance installation and more. They came in below competitors prices as well. Additionally, the Team worked on my townhome that we were renting. They did Mold Remediation, ceiling repair and replacing of all of the carpet. Godlove was very efficient, had great, professional, hardworking teams, and completed our projects quickly. New roof, skylight, cellar safety sump pump backup installation, replacement frames around rotted windows, and installation of garage door opener. I hired Desire Contracting to renovate my kitchen, make a door from my kitchen into the Garage so that I would have access to the garage from inside the house, and to make the garage into a heated/airconditioned room. They were on time each day, worked diligently each day, cleaned up at the completion of each day, stayed within the budget they agreed to, and completed the job before the projected finish date. Mr. Mancho was curteous and very professional. Even when I added on other small items as the major renovation progressed. I was soo impressed with his reasonable pricing and excellent work that I recommended him for some work at my mom's house as well --and she too is very please with is business presence and professionalism.
