He is extremely knowledgeable and talked us through the issues in a way we could understand. He communicated well with us about when he d make it to the house and was prompt. "I contacted Rema on Saturday. He got back and came on the next day. He removed his shoes. He installed a new flush valve that I supplied. He had to replace the existing fill valve. The existing fill valve would not fit the new flush valve. He clean up and there were no problems. It worked fine."
