Taylor was very helpful. He explained everything and was willing to work around us. He treated both our basement and attic as well as our vents and was will to do a follow up test of the space a few weeks later to ensure that the mold count was lowered.

The Industrial Hygienist Mr. S. Taylor was very thorough in testing the samples for mold as well as very knowledgeable about the subject matter.The test results were promptly received and Mr. Taylor was readily available to answer any questions that I had regarding the mold test results.

They did a great job of identifying the mold, but I was surprised to hear that it would cost extra to have samples tested.  They also could have done a better job with the quote for repairs given.  It was higher than the one that I chose. <br />
