They responded immediately to my request for an estimate for leave clean-up, gutter clean-up, and gutter repair. Edwin arrived promptly the next day. He gave me an estimate that was reasonable and offered to clean the gutters and fix the gutters on the spot that day while arranging for the leave clean-up the following week. He did a great job on both items. I appreciated that Edwin responded to my weather-related concern to get the leave clean-up done earlier. He somehow squeezed me into his busy schedule to avoid the upcoming inclement weather forecast for our arranged day. Edwin maintains great communication so you know what is going on. "I contacted Woods home services to give me an estimate of cost to install a new irrigation system at my home. They were the only company to respond within a day. The other companies took almost a week to get back with me. Jim (the owner) gave me a proposal within the same week and he always responded to my questions. I found the proposal to be a good price along with many options for add ons. He was willing to make accommodations for my system since I discovered that my well pump is only 7gpm and my yard is very large. Ultimately, I decided my well pump could not handle the pressure needed to effectively water my lawn at this time, when it is time for me to change the well pump I will call Woods to install the sprinklers. I would recommend this company mainly because of the response times and effective communications."
