They most recently redesigned and remodeled my bathroom and it turned out amazing. As always the project went smoothly from the start. I met with them at my home and they took measurements and we discussed ideas. I then went to their showroom to review the designs, yes designs they gave me more than one option. This was very helpful as it's hard for me to envision things on my own. I decided to go with the second option which involved removing a wall and expanding the bathroom. He does not know the expression "the customer is always right" or "payment when the job is done and the customer is completely satisfied". This experience soured me on ever using an interior designer again. He has no employees, but utilizes contractors. And they did the quality work."
