"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."

"I have been using these guys for years. They have redesigned and remodeled my kitchen and other projects throughout my home. Their ideas for my home are always very creative and work well. They most recently redesigned and remodeled my bathroom and it turned out amazing. As always the project went smoothly from the start. I met with them at my home and they took measurements and we discussed ideas. I then went to their showroom to review the designs, yes designs they gave me more than one option. This was very helpful as it's hard for me to envision things on my own. I decided to go with the second option which involved removing a wall and expanding the bathroom. I worked with them to pick out my tile, cabinets and granite right there after seeing the designs. It was very convenient. The job started about three weeks later, right when they promised and wrapped up earlier than expected. It turned out fantastic and I couldn't be happier. I strongly recommend these guys to anyone looking to have their kitchen, bath or anything else remodeled."

She and crew members began the job and worked very hard until the job was completed to perfection. She put a new weather sealer around the front door. Their work is of the highest quality. We would highly recommend Kimberly to anyone needing exterior and interior painting. We will definitely hire her to do the interior of our house and help with decorating and design."

"We were very pleased with this company. First and foremost, the owner Byron is great! He is honest with you and informed us what type of flooring would be best for our home! The clean up following demolition needs to improve, but aside from that, Unequaled Design was wonderful! We ended up experiencing several issues with the bamboo flooring we purchased through Lumber Liquidators and Byron did everything he could to remedy the situation for us! We will use him again!"

"He has good ideas, and sense of style but has a poor attitude. He gives customer service a bad name. He is looking for someone to agree with whatever he says. He is a good salesman. He does not know the expression "the customer is always right" or "payment when the job is done and the customer is completely satisfied". This experience soured me on ever using an interior designer again. He has no employees, but utilizes contractors. And they did the quality work."
