The Johnsons and their crew were very diligent, professional, and friendly! I would absolutely recommend them. My bathroom went from horrendous to spa like seamlessly.

First of all I LOVE the end result of my remodel. The remodel took longer than estimated, but a lot of snags were encountered. The Tilesmith crew was very friendly and competent. They asked for and listened to my ideas and overall concept of finished product which was greatly appreciated. The crew worked well with each other and arrived on time and remained focused. Their customer service, follow through and follow up were topnotch. I would undoubtedly choose to work with them again on future projects.

You know those contractors who never return your calls, don’t show up when they say they will, or push your project aside when a bigger one comes along? That is NOT Tilesmith. From my initial inquiry through the final stage of the project, they were the most responsive contractor I’ve ever encountered. Texts were answered within minutes. If I had a question or concern, it was addressed immediately. The quality of work was very good. They were dealing with a very old bathroom with misshapen walls and lots of quirks-the kind of bathroom in which you just want to do your business and get out. Tilesmith transformed it into clean, modern, polished-looking space with a heated floor that comforts & inspires lingering.

Mitchell and his team at Tilesmith did an amazing job renovating two bathrooms in my recently purchased condo! The guys were polite, friendly, professional, highly skilled, and as a result the bathrooms look wonderful. From start to finish they were great communicators, keeping me informed of their status and progress and what to expect throughout the project. I would highly recommend Tilesmith and will definitely use them again for future renovation projects.

From start to finish, fantastic experience. Great response to my request for estimate. Work was scheduled within a week of my initial request. On site supervision of the crew...they arrived on time every day..cleaned up every day after work. Both bathrooms completed in 4 days and they are beautiful!!! Great folks to work with....I highly recommend.

It was excellent. They were very conscientious, they did not making a mess, they make sure we are pleased on what they are doing and we would highly recommend to anyone.

The project went extremely well. They said they would be here first thing Friday and they were here at 7:50 am. They worked steadily and with care. They did what they said they would. The team is very dependable and easy to work with. They cleaned up after themselves and checked with us on decisions as needed. We are very happy with the final results of our new bathroom. Mitchell and BJ did the tiling work and it looks great, they made sure that the pattern worked for the space and made good suggestions as we went along. Walter painted with care. We are very happy that we chose Tilesmith for our job. They were reasonable, did great work and we will use them again for other projects.
