"Woke up this morning to my hvac leaking and contacted Markool. I have never used them before and was in a pinch. They fit me right in this morning and were out at my house within 2 hours. The tech stepped in the door and placed covers for his shoes so he did not track in any dirt which was impressive! The tech was very professional and super friendly. Problem was diagnosed and FIXED within an hour. The price was extremely reasonable to the point I was shocked in a good way (expecting a higher price). "Everything went very smoothly. Sam, the plumber, and is highly professional and knowledgeable. He replaced 3 faucets, 2 sink plugs, two valves, and two supply lines. Sam inspected the p traps, and he added adhesive where it was necessary. Sam also took a look at my two year old hot water heater, and he assessed my water supply to this unit. We discussed performing a complete drain, and check of the components of the heater at a later date. Sam also advised me that a toilet in the basement should be replaced with a more updated commode. We rarely use this toilet, but it's 35 years old. I felt comfortable speaking with Sam. I did not sense he was doing a sales pitch."
