A 3rd generation family owned and operated company. We offer over the countersales of plumbing materials for both residential and commercial plumbing. We are known for having at our disposal the "hard to find" repair part. Additionally, we offer service crews for your plumbing needs, either scheduled based around your schedule or based on emergency if needed. We make every effort to provide service you need the same day. We do not charge extra for the trip nor do we have service diagnostic fees.

"Charged $180 per hour and said it took 5 hours to install a toilet and a faucet. The total bill was over $900 and we supplied the new toilet and faucet. Just the labor was $900!!' It seems to me, if you are charging $180 per hour, you should know how to replace a toilet in less time. Said they would call me back at 8am to discuss and never called back. By the way, this service call was during normal business hours. Not an emergency call, not a weekend call, not an evening call. |"

"Best contractor I've ever used. Reasonable price, polite and responsive, clean up after themselves - everything you want and more. This is the second time we've used them. This was a bigger job than the last and the estimate they gave was the same as we were charged at the end."

Sewer Cleaning questions, answered by experts

A sewer line should be cleaned at least once every 18 to 22 months. The process takes about 30 minutes or up to 5 hours, depending on the size of the line, how easy it is to access, and how long it’s been since the previous cleaning. If your sewer line hasn’t been cleaned in a couple of years or you don’t even know the last time it’s been cleaned, it’s time to call a pro.

Ejector pumps can only push sewage 750 feet or less. That’s because their purpose is to move waste from your home to your sewer line—which is a relatively short distance. Grinder pumps can transport sewage further, but they manage lower volumes of waste than ejector pumps (and they don’t work with septic systems).

The best practice is to clean the sewer drain lines in your home once a year or every two years. Older homes could require more frequent maintenance. Keeping up on cleaning your sewer lines can prevent severe clogs, help ensure your system is working properly, and prevent expensive repairs.

There are a few things that can happen to your sewer system if you don’t fix it. These include rainwater entering it and causing rust and corrosion, dirt and debris leading to blockages, small animals getting stuck inside and clogging your sewer line or entering your home, and shortening the sewer system’s life span.

Without a cap, nothing prevents toxic and non-toxic gasses like methane and hydrogen sulfide from slowly escaping your sewer system and entering your home and the surrounding atmosphere, resulting in a foul sewer odor throughout your house.

Anywhere from 18 inches to 8 feet deep. Your depth depends on soil and weather conditions in your area. If you live in a colder region, your lines are likely to be deeper than the lines of those living in warmer regions. Contact your local sanitation department or wastewater control board to get the plans for your system and find out for sure how deep your sewer lines are buried.
