All the crew members Ben Mott (was very knowledgeable, did the home energy audit, followed up with competitive quotes, which was adjusted to accommodate my request, offered BGE rebates upfront, patient and friendly to attend my calls and answer all the questions), Zam (Crew leader who did the exhaust fan installation), Tun (Crew leader who did an outstanding job to insulate the attic and basement), David (Crew leader who did duct cleaning and Aeroseal) were phenomenal and did an outstanding job. The end result is a day and night difference before and after the work and my BGE bill last month went down by more than $100 which is a huge cost saver. Then, they broke my lock and broke into my sprinkler room which I saw on my video which they admitted. Then, Kolb sued me for not paying the bill which I disputed due to lost tools as result of the break-in. Who does that breaking into a customer's sprinkler room and not informing that they did. I had to catch them on my video. Not only that it took over one year to the work proposed work. TOTAL FRAUD. I will be going to court...."
