Late 2019 we hired NK&B to implement our design and ideas to refresh our Masterbath. Work finished up early December and we were pleased with the outcome, in particular, the skill and level of detail of one of their tradesmen. Because of this, we discussed our intention of upgrading our kitchen and center island countertops. NK&B outsourced to a third-party to come and take necessary measurements in order to provide us with a quote. The quote was to include removing the sink and cooktop, installing new countertops, and reinstalling the sink and cooktop. That was early December and after a number of my calls, voicemails, and emails inquiring about the quote, NK&B has not responded. Nothing. Assuming that business must be good or the job too small, but would've appreciated a callback.

As we discussed with you in December that due to the heavy schedule for our supplier, we would not be able to get back to you until January. You were fine with this as you would be out of the country for several weeks. We did not get a quote back from our supplier until early February as our supplier was waiting on an order for the particular stone you had chosen. Our design team reached out to other suppliers for inventory checks and better pricing. As I am sure you understand that this was the beginning of the COVID 19 epidemic and suppliers were not sure when their containers with that stone would be delivered and thus we had to wait. In mid March we finally received a quote and it was sent to you via email. I am sorry you did not receive it. We will re-send it to you, but we would need to again check with suppliers for inventory. We enjoyed working with you in your master bathroom and again apologize for any miscommunication. We would be happy to send you the quote again. If you choose to move forward, an inventory and repricing would need to be done. All of our best."

It was a challenge to complete the job in the 3 days before my dad came home from the hospital, but they worked tirelessly to complete the job. What a great group of folks to work with. We are so pleased with the skill level and work ethic, we have hired them again to remodel our kitchen! They are again working to please, paying close attention to our budget and timeline.

Paul arrived on time, knew immediately what would work in the small space, understood that all we wanted was a plan and didn't try to pressure us at all into hiring them for the remodel job. Within a week we had a drawing for the kitchen with tips to help us get it done. I appreciate his professionalism, his experience, and his no-pressure approach to our request.

Great from beginning to end. I had interviewed several contractors and Noble beat them out due to multiple factors. Price was great and extras that I wanted were very reasonably priced. Noble has its own plumber and electrician so everything was seamless regarding scheduling. A major plus was Lynn, the designer. That was an extra that no other contractor offered me. I ran every design decision by Lynn. She was the greatest. She and Paul were on-site overseeing everything everyday. When some of the items I bought were not exactly what was needed, Paul took care of getting the right items for me. I could reach them whenever (Lynn answered me when she was out of the country on vacation). My bathroom is beyond beautiful!

They were so respectful of our home, keeping everything neat and sealed off from the rest of our home. The best part for me was how considerate they were with my time constraints, trying to have the work completed before my father returned home from the rehab center. They were in and out so quickly, giving me ample time to clean up and reorganize before he returned.

Awesome! The representative couldn't find my home, but she called me and found me. We discussed my vision and she informed me I will get the design in 2 weeks. She also looked at my kitchen and floors I need refinishing which I'm trying to finish and she gave me some rough estimates on that work as well.

The remodel was on time and on budget. We gutted the kitchen down to the studs, and discovered it needed all new wiring (which we anticipated) and new plumbing (which we didn't anticipate). We also had Noble re-do the plumbing to the upstairs bathrooms while the kitchen ceiling was opened up because there was evidence that it had leaked before. Despite the additional work, they still managed to finish everything in 6 weeks and stayed on budget. I would hire them again and plan to eventually for our bathroom remodels. We worked with Victor as our GC and Lynn as our designer. Before we signed with Noble, we bought a consultation with Lynn where she gave us 2D and 3D images of the remodeled kitchen. I would recommend doing that and using those images to price out a few other competitors. Noble came in with the best quote of the 4 contractors we interviewed, and we were very happy with the communication and support they gave throughout the process.

The project manager, Victor got me scheduled very quickly at a time convenient to me. The installers showed up on time and ready to work. They were very polite and professional. They did a wonderful job, the floors look great. I would definitely hire again. The price below includes the cost of the floors

I can't even begin to explain how pleased I am with my new kitchen. I began with little knowledge or understanding of the enormity of the project. However, the end result is absolutely stunning. This was my first time doing any kind of remodeling, and I was extremely lucky that I chose Noble Kitchen and Bath. I was even luckier that my contractor was Victor. He has all the patience in the world, and even when things went wrong, he never once got upset. He told me that he would take care of it, and he did. He takes pride in the work he does, and went over and above to make my kitchen exactly what I wanted. He put in personal touches that now gives me a one-of-a kind kitchen. Victor worked tirelessly to make sure I was happy with every detail. He work is like a piece of art; people stare, talk about it, and want to own it. I would recommend this company, and especially Victor, to anyone who is considering remodeling. He has already worked with neighbors and friends, and they are just as pleased. I am thankful every day that I made the choice I did when I picked Noble Kitchen and Bath.

Noble Kitchen & Bath was very pleasant and on time. It was good except I don't think she really listened to my needs and she lost my e-mail address which she had actually made arrangement with, so her quote was kind of late. Again, I'm such a spicule for details, and like I said, I don't think she captured all the details that I had told her. So I'm not really sure I would recommend them highly. The price was fine. What she gave me was well-thought and drawn-out, but I will say, again, it didn't give exactly what I wanted. She was totally late in getting me the quote because she had lost my e-mail address. She was very responsive in coming out and coming to the appointment but she was late in providing the quote because of an invalid e-mail address that she had. But again, she had kinda contacted me through that e-mail address, so that's the part that I'd rate low. She's very, very prompt at first but failed on the delivery. She was very professional.

Noble K&B crew?arrived as agreed in the schedule. Paul was helpful to find alternative suppliers for plumbing fixtures, cabinets and his suppliers offered great discounts on tile and counter tops. The house was thoroughly dust proofed in preparation for demolition. The team's daily arrival/departure was punctual. The project took about 10 consecutive working days and they worked on this job non-stop until completion.? Jan was the team leader and very responsive to our inquiries and responded quickly to our requests for?occasional tweaks and questions concerning the project. The tile work was excellent, as was the carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work. The company displayed flexibility and craftsmanship. Their interest in working with us is much appreciated. This company did not rest until we were satisfied will all aspects of the job.

I would like to point out that it was clearly explained that finish materials such as the tile, toilet, vanity, mirror and lighting were in addition to the labor and raw materials contract. This is because those selections we leave up to the client as every budget and desires are different. At the time of our meeting to sign the contract, we went over the contract with you and it was again explained to you the expenses outside of the labor. At that time, when you expressed hesitation due to your budget we gave you every opportunity to cancel the project and not sign the contract. You chose to move ahead with the project giving the designer a $1000-$1200 budget for selection of all items outside of the labor. We stayed within the budget at $1000. Regarding the shower valve - as per your instruction, the cheapest shower valve was selected (a generic brand). Unfortunately, the valve turned out to be defective. We replaced the valve with a very nice name brand plumbing part with absolutely no cost to you. The replacement of the valve solved the problem. Our best to you, Noble Kitchen & Bath"
