Arrived on time and were done in less than 1/2 hour

I called two different times with no response either time. I ended up going with Able Electric who responded quickly, was very knowledgeable and professional and did an excellent job for a very good price. They had their chance, twice. I just wish they would have responded. I read the other reviews about them not responding but tried to go with them anyway with the same results. It is all about customer service now days. Good luck.

A little slow on the intial callback, but after that things proceeded quickly. He immediately quoted a price which I accepted and a date was scheduled. He showed up on time, performed the work, cleaned up and left. The work was done very quickly and I have had no issues since.

I thought when we first used them, the price was competitive. After that, I thought the price was a little pricey. The quality was excellent. They were good. A number of times we have used them in the past, they have been good.

When the county inspector came out he said he had never seen a box look so good and so neat. Chris' prices were competitive and he performed excellent work.

Chris Ryan was VERY professional, did everything in around 2 hours, made very small holes in order to get the electrical threaded to the outlets and fixtures. We are very happy with the results, and just wish we had called him sooner. He comes highly recommended from us! We will definitly use him again for any future electrical issues.

Chris arrived on time. He set up a scaffold to reach the top of our two-story foyer. The old light was removed. That was the easy part. Chris then proceeded to install an 8 pendant light. It was complicated work to adjust and handle the glass globes. This took about 3 hours. The installation over the front door seemed a less complicated and took about an hour. That evening we noticed that two globes in the foyer light were touching. We called and without hesitation Chris stopped by and corrected the issue. The results are beautiful! Chris was neat and respectful of our property carefully maneurvering the scaffold in and out of the house. We appreciate his efforts.

They installed new outdoor flood lights, track lights in the living room, a new exterior light by the front door. They also helped me to figure out some switches that I didn’t know what they had gone to. I kept them on for an additional hour and the cost was reasonable. They did everything I had expected. Everything was fine and they did a great job.

It went well. It worked as expected. My overall experience was excellent.

Ryan Electric did a very good job updating multiple wiring issues in the home. They correctly wired and installed new outdoor lighting, updated ballasts in florescent lighting in the basement and replaced old unsafe wiring. The house was built in 1957 so not everything was according to current code which made some of the work challenging. Now things are safe! The pricing was fair, the quality is very good. They cleaned up after the work was complete. I will use them again.

We had a tree fall on our BGE service wire connection, which then had to be replaced. Because of the architecture and the current wiring, it was a very complicated job. We had multiple estimates from electricians, and Chris's was the most reasonable. But beyond that, he came out, looked around, and quickly grasped the problem and how to fix it. Other electricians bumbled around for an hour, trying to figure out what was going on. The communication throughout was good; the scheduling (which involved BGE and county officials multiple times, and took a few months in total ) was handled as quickly as possible on their end; the crew did a good job, making a lot of outside wiring look as unobtrusive as possible; and they were always on time and very courteous. In the end, some other repairs were necessary, and they took a hit on labor hours to keep the final price as close to the estimate as possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. We'll use them in the future.

Great experience with Ryan installing 8 recessed lights in our living room. Bargain-priced (with coupon), and worker was fast and very careful with plaster, so that repairs to plaster were minimal. I would definitely use them again!

Bill arrived at the time he said he would, reviewed the materials and went immediately to work. The old fan was removed and the new one was put together and installed. Everything went smoothly and I am totally satisfied with the work and pricing. I'd recommend Ryan's Electric to anyone that asks.

Ryan showed up on time and once I explained what I wanted done, he started with the installation. He installed a great new outlet and I am thoroughly pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail he displayed. I will definitely use his company again for any electric needs. I did not even have to pay for the parts he installed.

Could not have been better - Bill arrived on time, went right to work and was done before the 2 hours was up. (I had bought the 2 hour labor special). He replaced my 2 old lights and hung the new ones and replaced the switches. He was punctual, polite and professional. Would use Ryan Electric again in a heartbeat.
