"The Pest Now technician David Curry called that he was running late for our appointment as he was assisting a colleague on another job not far away. I very much appreciated his courtesy call. David was very professional and thoughtful in explaining to me the chemicals that Pest Now uses for insect control. He explained where and why he was spraying. He pointed out a problem area for carpenter bees and suggested a solution. Pest Now offered a quarterly service agreement on Angie's list that we purchased. Al thoroughly explained the issue and was able to ensure the birds were gone before placing securing screening over the vent to prevent further intrusion. When I heard what I believed to be birds in the vent again, they came out again for no charge (60 day warranty), and were able to determine/demonstrate that although it sounded like the birds were in inside the vent it was actually just the birds trying to re-enter (sound travelled to end of vent so it sounded like they were just inches away). Overall, I would enthusiastically recommend!"
