Very nice person. Good job. Its is expensive to clean a large couch. But you would have this expense with any company. So you might as well use this company where the people are nice and they do a good job.

They did a good job cleaning the sofa and rug. I paid in cash to receive the discounted price. I asked the worker for a receipt and he said the office would send it. What the office sent was a copy of the invoice plus the amount of the tip. There was no indication that I had actually paid the invoice. I called and the person I spoke insisted that I look at what she sent. She seemed not to know the difference between an invoice and a receipt.

All the employees that we worked with were exceptional! Could not have asked for better service! We had two 8x10 wool rugs spot treated and cleaned and they almost look brand new they did such a phenomenal job! They even helped us move our furniture to put them back where we had them in our home. I highly recommend Eco-cleaning company and would definitely use them in the future again if need be.
