"I had a full view glass storm door with sidelites installed in front of my Provia entry front door. The door is very sturdy such as thick heavy metal, lexan glass is clear, the hinges are smooth and strong, the lock is secure, the powder coated paint is beauty. the weather striping is robust and tightly sealed. The manufacturing process took a little longer than expected. A minor adjusted was needed for the lock. Medallion sent someone out immediately to solve the problem. My Provia Front entry door is awesome. I really wanted a full view security storm door to allow the Provia door to be on full display. In addition, to providing full security. Medallion knock it out of the park."

"Presidential Exteriors is a well-managed company. We had twenty-five, very large, windows, two large sliding glass doors and the front door replaced. Everyone, starting with the young man who approached us to talk about the company, the salespeople and the team doing the work was professional, polite, honest, pleasant and super careful. The windows, sliding glass doors and the front door look amazing. Our house is fifty-two-years old and badly needed to be "refreshed". The quality of their products is excellent. While the work was being done, several people from the company came by to check on the progress. After the job was completed, we met with Ben who came by to do a final inspection and answer any questions or concerns we may have. The crew cleaned up and vacuumed before they left. "My rep from My Handyman of Anne Arundel County  (Millersville, MD) was punctual (I was given an 8am - noon timeframe, he got here at 8am)! , and immediately got to work. He was very personable and extremely professional, fast and made sure that his work was sound (no shaky/leaky faucet, toilet was secure, rods were even/level,, correctly measured for the length of my drapes)...with no dilly-dallying (as my mom would say). We just had a cleaning crew come through the previous day, and our rep was very cognizant to leave his work space exactly as he found it.. CLEAN!!! 
I am, once again, very satisfied with the work Mr. Handyman, and am looking for other jobs around the house to have them complete!

"My daughter knew of my terrible experience with my prior company and she had just gotten a new wireless system from 1st Security. She could not stop raving about how wonderful they were and how awesome the system was compared to her old one. He did this very quickly, despite having to climb over furniture and enter tight spaces to place the contacts. I was astounded when after he finished, he sat down and gave me a full tutorial on using the system. He showed me all of it's capabilities, and answered my many questions . I could not believe how much easier and more up to date this security system was to use than my old one. I have had many, many technicians in my home from the prior system, but absolutely none were as knowledgeable, personable, efficient or professional as Larry. He would not leave until I was comfortable, and even then advised me to call if I needed anything or had more questions. He was amazing.!!! A few days after my system was installed, I triggered a false alarm. The monitoring station called right away and did not hang up until assured that all was well. I did not have to wait or try to call them and get put on hold like with my old system. I only wish that I had more houses for them to install their system into, but since I don't, I plan to refer them to everyone that I know. 1st Security is affordable, state of the art and comprehensive. They are honest with no fine print that you have to worry about! I sincerely appreciate Jeremy and Larry and sleep so much better because of them . Thank you 1st Security!!!"
