"We used Pyramid to install quartz countertops in our kitchen, as well as a sink, faucet and garbage disposal (also used their subcontractor to install backsplash). This review is about the countertops and sink/faucet/disposal job-- we loved working with Bogi and the project came out beautifully. We didn't see the quartz we wanted in the Pyramid warehouse (although they had a great selection of granite and other stones), so Bogi suggested we look at MSI near Dulles. Bogi ordered the slabs we selected from MSI, coordinated the plumber to come when the counter top installers were ready for him, and even had them come back to clean up after the backsplash was installed by their subcontractor another day (he left some spilled grout on the countertop that we didn't notice until after he left.) The workers were clean, courteous and efficient."

"Everything went well initially. Countertop looked great. However, when I told the man in charge to remove the remainder off of my deck, he was obviously annoyed. I had told when he was taking it out that I only wanted ONE piece of the countertop left with me and showed him the piece I wanted. He had an obvious attitude and then went out to his truck and made me wait another 30 minutes to return to take it. They left a mess under the countertops (crumbled countertop, etc.) although they did sweep my floor. When I really looked at it afterwards, I notice that they cracked my backsplash and didn't tell me. Also, the plumber was great who came a couple of hours late, however, he told me the countertop crew had thrown away a part I needed to hook my garbage disposal back up so I had to give him $30 to replace it. Atila, the salesman/owner was wonderful during the sale process and very responsive. However, I was expecting a follow up call which didn't happen. The price was good for the work that was done."

"Technician that came out to repair countertop under warrantee was upset that he had to come as far as he did. He was even more upset that he came that far and could not make the repairs without contacting Dupont to see if they would cover the cost of repairs and that he was going to have to come all this way another time to make the repairs. Needless to say, his attitude and the high price quoted to repair, we will not have Surface Link do ANY repairs. Buddy, its you job to come my area for repairs and if you don't like where your job sends you then get another job!"
