"Mr. Jerome called, emailed, and texted promptly. He arrived on time to give me a quote for the repairs of my front sidewalk. We scheduled an install day for Friday, and he stopped by a day early to neatly cut out the bad sections. On Friday the team arrived a bit early and got right to work.
