The name was misleading. I needed a kitchen installed in my basement. I would never have called them were it not for a recommendation from someone. Glad I did. The response was prompt, the estimate was fair, and they were able to begin work right away. The workmen operated like a well oiled machine, the team must have been workinng together for a long time. They were efficient and polite. I must, however, give a special shoutout to the salesperson/coordinator, Ryan. What a sweetie. He listened to my needs and made proper suggestions. Of couse no project is without hiccups, but he made this painless.

All the workers were not only knowledgeable but also friendly and patient, always willing to answer any questions I had. The work was completed on time, and they left my yard spotless. The job went reasonably well. They were quick to come out and perform work. There were some communication issues between the company and workers that caused the job to be done with a poor grade of finish the first visit, but after I emailed them about the quality of work the were back out the next day and smoothed everything out nicely.

95 was one of three companies I quoted for a driveway replacement project. Their representative, Tim, was the first to contact me. Tim is truly a subject matter expert. He understood the assignment and made solid recommendations, even filling gaps in my own creativity for how I thought the final product should look. 45 minutes after meeting with me at the house, Tim emailed an itemized quote with 95's bid and then called to go over it with us. He didn't know it, but he had set the precedent for how I expected all the bidding companies to go about their pitch. After a couple more bids came in from other vendors, 95's price point landed in the middle of the pack. Despite having the option to save money with another vendor, Tim's enthusiasm, competence in his work, and our sense of his genuineness caused us to go with 95. As it turns out, this was a great choice! Tim was my POC for the entire process. I would text him a question, and he would call within minutes. He kept me abreast of everything, including when some hooligan decided to walk on my freshly laid sidewalk at night! Because of said hooligan, though, I have another praise for the company. The project manager, Gilberto, and his team care about the quality of their product. Some rain showed up later in the evening on the day we poured. Gilberto and a crewmate came out around 9:30 PM to ensure everything was okay and noticed the footprints. He reported what he saw to Tim, who immediately called me and woke me up to tell me the news. Because it was caught early enough, though, Gilberto and his crewmate were able to brush out the footprints, and a crisis was averted! I am delighted with our decision to go with 95 and would highly recommend anyone looking for concrete or other home improvement work to be done to get a quote from them!
