I had another company come out to give me an estimate which took about 25-30 minutes. He came back to me with a sad story of the job will take him all day and will cost thousands and if the pipe close to the floor gave him trouble could possibly cost a lot more. I felt like that person had no idea what the heck he was talking about and was more of a faucet and toilet install kind of guy. Later that day I got a call from Endzel Plumbing and he said he would come out the next morning to look at the project and felt that it would be an easy fix after I explained what the issue was with the pipe. He looked at everything, told me what had to be done, checked for parts and pricing, and gave me a quote. After I agreed with the quote two and a half hours later he was done. That is including his time to run for parts needed for the job. I am very pleased with the work that was done. I am very happy to have found Endzel Plumbing and I will surely use them in the future for all of my plumbing needs. Thank you.
