He came out to my location on a Monday to take a look at a 23-step handrail job and give me an estimate. We shook on the price and he said he could be done in a week. Charles contacted me on that Wednesday to ask if he could install it that day. He finished 90% of the job that day and came back the next day to finish and paint. I had been dreading calling someone about the rail for years and Charles knocked it out in 3 days. "Howard does very good work and very dependable. Unfortunately, he was unable to finish the job because he was called to another site for inspection. The work was completed by a very nice gentleman but he used my trash can to mix the grout and used it for water to spread the grout. Unfortunately, I had to clean my trash can. He had no tools to hang the new curtain rod. He was informed by Howard what needed to be done the day before. I was given the option for someone to come and hang the rod but since I already had one up, I declined. All in all, I am happy with the work that was done. Kevin always tries to work with me on my projects and gives me the best price. They are professional, competent, knowledgeable, and caring. I highly recommend House Doctors."
