We thought it would be a simple fix but it ended up being challenging to actually find the blown transformer that was causing the issue. He troubleshot and then repaired the blown transformer. He also had a ring chime available with him so no need for an extra trip or for us to go out and buy one. Armand also was very communicative about the expected costs, as well as with when he was going to arrive, which we appreciated. We would definitely use him again."

The equipment we purchased was fairly extensive as we have a fairly large house and we wanted comprehensive coverage. This included 2 glass break sensors, a motion detector, and numerous door and window switches as well as a fire detection monitor. I accidentally set off the alarm and received a call from the monitoring company in under 10 seconds. The control panel for the system is an easy to use touch screen device, similar to an iPad. The system is very capable so you can connect smart devices to it if so inclined. We have been very pleased with the product and service so far (about 2 months)."
