"I hired MSI to install a video door phone/intercom for my office. I bought the hardware over a year ago and MSI performed the install. Unfortunately, the system I bought (not from MSI) didn't work out of the box. The installer went out of his way to get things to work."

"The quote for the proposed work was clear, accurate and detailed. The installer was knowledgeable and friendly. In fact the installer suggested a better solution for the area coverage with a wireless transmitter that improved my coverage. Everything was covered over the phone Prior to the insulation so the installer had all the equipment needed for the job. I would use this company again."

"Installation was easy. Equipment looks and feels sturdy and durable. I purchased the indoor camera, sensors, motion sensor and doorbell camera. Doorbell has yet to be installed so cant review that yet, but all other items work great! Indoor camera viewing is easy with the app that also allows you to arm & disarm alarm. Learning how to use the system is easy, we relied on the video tutorials provided, but I know there is customer service. Thankfully we have not had an emergency, so yet to see the response, but so far I would definitely recommend!"
