"Let me tell you, Mr. Flores was referred to me from another power washing company and he came highly recommended. When I say this man came out to look at the job on SUNDAY! I was and am so appreciative. He immediately saw what a crap job the previous company did and was able to provide me service today. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my boyfriend so it was important to get it right. While he was there he also gave me an estimate to get some trim work and painting done (I will definitely hire him for this). He set up a time to come out, he called when he was on his way and he came when he said he was. It may sound basic, but I can't tell you how many companies I have dealt with who don't even have this basic courtesy down. Kudos to you Mr. Flores and your team. I have another home that needs some work and I will certainly be keeping you busy."

•   I am so happy that I decided to go with Fox Creek Builders to install my window and 2 sliding glass doors.  From order to install the process was excellent + only took about 3 weeks.  Amazing since it took another vendor a month to tell me they could not fill the order I previously requested.  Max, the owner, came out with Fred to measure and discuss my request.  When Fred installed the custom doors + window they fit better than the original doors they replaced---fit like a glove.  Fred was extremely pleasant, neat + a precision installer.  They removed all the old debris, vacuumed all the rooms, deck + cleaned all the windows after install.  I did not even have to remove my blinds during the process + they were particular about routing my outside cable wire. 
    The doors are very high quality argon + insulated glass.  My husband + I just love how smoothly both the doors + screens move along with the other bells+ whistles.  Even my dog loves the doors + the crew.  Max came out and inspected the job + again explained the features so we did not miss anything.  We couldn't be more pleased with this purchase--well worth the money + I just wish I had done this sooner.  Thanks to the Fox Creek Builders--Great team and Great work.

"First person came by door-to-door to see if we wanted an estimate. Our house is 2000 sq feet (3/4 siding, 1/4 brick). Second person came to give us the estimate. It took at least three hours. The first estimate was more than $19K, but if we bought it right then, it would be $12K. We finally settled on $13.5K: $12K for siding and $1.5K for window and door caps. We were told that even though our window capping looked good, it would probably tear when they took off the old siding. We were told over and over what a great company it was. We were told everything that had aluminum would be replaced with vinyl, the new siding would be "practically seamless," and we were getting a great deal. A few days later someone visited us again. We went over the project and picked out the color. On the day of the installation, the crew started removing the old siding. Another "quality assurance" person showed up at noon to go over any questions. He again told us what a great deal we got. He looked around and went up on the roof. He also noticed that there was aluminum covering on front half of the rake on north side of the house but not the back half. He said there was an issue behind the gutters at the top of the house, that moisture could get between the gutters and the house, and that the job was really going to look incomplete without new coverings for all the rake. He gave us an estimate: normally it would be $3500, but if we bought it right then, it would be $2000. We agreed to pay for covering the rake. The window wrap did not rip when the aluminum was removed. The new window wrap looks exactly like what was already on the house. There are a lot of seams; even the smallest lengths have seams. Once the job was wrapping up, the last person showed up. We told him there were a lot of seams. He said they wouldn't be noticable further away from the house. There are a couple of places where the pieces behind the gutter were not cut correctly. I expect they will be able to fix this. Bottom line? We're glad we got new siding, but with all the high-pressure sales tactics and inconsistencies in presentation, we still feel like we got ripped off."

"Wow! From start to finish, A Clear View was fantastic to work with. We never had to have our windows cleaned before and so I went into the process not knowing much. My experience started with Carlie contacting us within hours from our search and helping to quote our project. She worked with me on pricing and understanding everything. Finally window cleaning day came and it was like Christmas. I was so excited. Jordan arrived at 7:30 AM and he worked non stop, quietly, perfectly cleaning all our windows until 5:30 PM that night. I had asked for inside, outside, screens and sills to be cleaned. He was fantastic. Our windows look absolutely amazing. He also was very attentive to my husbands work schedule and when he could clean the office windows and worked around his schedule for those windows. Meaning, he couldn’t clean those in the order he probably wanted to, but was super accommodating about it. Again, he was quiet, polite, understanding to the chaos with all our pets and lastly, never spilled a drop or any water. He had a large bucket that he would fill with hot water and his solutions and used our utility sinks for filling and dumping and there was nothing wet, spilled or splashed. Much better than anything I could have ever done. We are very please and highly recommend. And I will 100% be calling to have them come back next year around the same time! The best part…every year for Thanksgiving we gather for a mid day Thanksgiving meal with all the family. We can watch the sun set from our dining room. "So please that I went with JW. The side entry porch had rotted wood throughout and the steps were sagging. Also, exterior house paint had been removed years ago but prior owners did not address one side of house, probably cause it was hidden behind crepe myrtles. Crepe myrtles are now gone and that wall is very visible on the street. Also there were some little jobs needed around the house such as replacing rotted boards above the garage. Got a quote from JW in late April and scheduled the work for the week of July 21 for 6-7 days of work. Two workers showed up promptly on the 21st and did a great job. Very pleased with the JW crew as they kept me posted on the progress throughout the job which was completed in six days. Wish I could post before and after pictures as it looks fantastic"
