"Arrived when he said he would and quickly fixed my problem (clogged kitchen sink drain). He replaced pieces of drain pipe under my kitchen sink and snaked the drain line. Very personable person. I would hire him again."

"Charged $395 to install a refrigerator water line and remove an old saddle valve. We were getting low pressure from our existing fridge line, so I called to have the line and saddle valve replaced. Saddle valves are prohibited in the 2015 International Plumbing Code [Article 605.9] (adopted by Maryland), so I asked to have the existing one cut out and replaced with copper, then install a new ball valve on an existing copper line that is already closer to the the fridge anyway. Unfortunately Akeem either didn't hear or didn't understand the instructions properly, because after removing the old saddle valve he just put another one back in. I'm not sure why he even has them in his truck to be honest, since their use has been prohibited for several years. Anyway, after explaining again what I had been expecting he took it out and put in a ball valve. The finished work was of good quality. However given the misunderstanding about the job requested, apparent lack of knowledge concerning the Plumbing Code, and what I feel was a very high price for what amounted to about an hour's labor and maybe $25 in parts, I can't say I would use this plumber again."

"Installation went very well. Oct 25: Rob Figliozzi came out to evaluate the work needed and brought two workers to install the sink faucet and drain/trap. He determined what parts were needed for the tub/shower and ordered the parts. He texted me when the parts came in 3 days later and Chris Hanes came out to install. Chris is a very pleasant young man and did a great job with the installation, and Rob was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend."

"Patrick showed up on time. Put clean "booties" on his feet. I had a few issues, and didn't know how he was going to quote my issues: 1) clogged bathroom sinks, mysterious water on floor on lower level 2) water pressure. Cut to the chase. He suggested I use a product for the clog; found the water issue, (a/c condensation drain clogged, and need new faucet. He could have quoted 3 different and large sum amounts. he didn't. His integrity was paramount. He showed me everything he was looking at and doing. I was involved in the process understanding WHAT and WHY he did the things that needed to be done or did. The cost was reasonable and fair. HE IS MY PLUMBER!"

No answering machine or automated voice! We made an appointment for 4:00 that afternoon. I am a "senior - female" most of the plumbers appeared not to care for my questions about the service I was going to pay them to do. Mr Jarvis was friendly, patient and thoroughly answered each question. He provided information about the water heated he recommended and the warranty, and gave me a couple of options. His estimate was excellent. He was at my home 8:30 am the next morning. My new water heater was installed by noon and the old broken one was taken away.
