"I’m an individual who is familiar with real estate and home projects, having done many myself, and this is a true story and honest review for which I did not receive ANY incentive or compensation to write. I was selling a home in Oella, and during its structural inspection a few of the old, 1926 wooden floor joists were found to need replacement. I had interviewed a few different builders and decided to employ Persky Custom Builders.  The owner, Josh, returned my call very soon after I had made it, and our appointment to see the issue was made for the following day (Checked box - Prompt and responsive.)  Josh discussed how he would be able to not only support the structure, but actually replace some pieces  - something which the other builders felt was too difficult to do (Checked box - Knowledgeable with expert skills). There was no sales pressure; Josh was forthright and personable (Checked box - Someone I felt comfortable with).  Josh provided me the quote for the work within a couple of days, and the cost was reasonable.  It was a slight bit higher than the other quotes, but then again, he was offering me a more complex technical solution which I wanted  (Checked box - The price was right).  The work was started within a few days and completed within a week (Checked box – Efficient; stayed with project and finishes it).
