I wish I could give ten stars. From selecting a shed to build at their location in northern MD to the build date, we are very pleased with the experience. Ken's communication was top-notch and scheduling the build was very easy and timely. The build crew constructed a 14x20 shed (barn?) in six hours (including the pad installation). Very satisfied and will be a return customer for any future needs.

I don’t normally do reviews, but you have to watch theses clowns. They came out built me a shed and did a wonderful job on it, and then they carelessly damaged my driveway. It was 98 degrees that day and one would assume that a contractor that does work at people homes would know that you cannot turn your wheels without moving on an asphalt driveway. So, I got a quote for a repair which surprisingly was only $1,600 which include sealing. Granted, it wasn’t going to be perfect, but acceptable. I told Twin Locus Barnes that it was the cheaper of the two fixes, with the other being a resurfacing. We talk back and forth a few times, and then they tried to downplay it as “surface marks” when they were more than that. Material was removed from the driveway creating mini potholes that were holding water. They said they didn’t want to pay for the sealing. And I said “well, you don’t fix a hole in the wall without painting it and I wouldn’t have to seal it if you didn’t do it.” I eventually said I would take half, and they came back with a ridiculous $300 offer. I told them I don’t need their charity and this review is worth more than $300 bucks. This is how they treat a repeat customer. Countless delivery trucks, dump trucks and tree trucks have been down that driveway over the years with no damage and all it took was an idiot installer in an F-250 to ruined it in about 2 minutes. Wouldn’t you be upset?

My husband and I have been looking for a new shed for a while. We've been to a few local places and were not impressed with their customer service or their prices. Then I happened upon Twin Locust when googling Sheds near me. From the first call I knew this was the right place for us. I had several questions for Ken who answered with courtesy, patience, and thoroughness. I was worried the opening to our yard was too small. Ken came out in the rain to make sure we were good to go and ease my mind. The day of delivery was perfect. The gentleman who delivered the shed took a lot of extra time to grade our yard to ensure the shed was level and balanced correctly. We are so happy with our new shed and the service we received from Twin Locust.

I bought my Challet Shed in 2015 and it was delivered with out issue. This is built like a house, very sturdy. Craftsmanship is excellent. In 2022 a 40ft, 30" diameter tree fell on it and it did very little damage, one roof rafter, one piece of plywood, metal trim and all shingles replaced. (insurance claim) The shed is built like a tank! Twin Locus did the repair and did a great job. I would highly recommend Twin Locus Barns.

The barn took longer to be built and delivered than I expected. However, it was delivered timely once the date was set for delivery. And the deliverymen were very flexible as it was very rainy that season and the date had to be rescheduled. I felt the price was reasonable as well.

The shed is beautiful and the gentleman who helped us place the order was very helpful in adjusting things to our specifications.  It has a peg board for my tools and a potting shelf/table under the window where I can work.  A shelf above that has plenty of room for my pots. We personally added a wall of shelving from Lowes.  My mother-in-law calls it the Taj Ma-shed.  
It had rained the day before the gravel bed and shed were delivered.  The weight of the gravel truck and delivery truck (with 2 sheds on it), left deep grooves in the lawn.  I would have expected them to lay boards down to protect the lawn.  When I called the company about it, I was told that the grooves would work themselves out in a few months.  Well, they didn't, even after renting a lawn roller.  Ultimately, I bought dirt to fill the grooves and reseeded.

We visited the Twin Locust Barns site on Pulaski Highway.  We looked at several styles, and sizes of shed, and determined what would best suit our needs. Ken, the on site manager assisted us with our selections, and gave us info on where to find contractors to do site prep for the shed, and how to go about the building permit process. Ken was quite efficient in working with us, though we found his manner to be somewhat taciturn, bordering on arrogant.  We were able to overlook this, but its something to be aware of. Ken gave me the name of a contractor that did site prep, Executive Landscaping.  We attempted to contact them to do the site prep work, and found them completely unreliable. We made 3 appointments to have them give us an estimate.  They never showed up, and never called to reschedule.  Not the way to treat a customer with money in their hands.  I went back to Ken, and he then recommended GBS (Gibbons Brothers).  HOMERUN.  They were great, and completely professional.  The site prep was done on time for a fair price.  The shed was delivered right at the scheduled time as well, and the delivery was done very well.  Overall, I would highly recommend Twin Locust Barns if you need a shed.
