Paul came out personally to show us a sample window and provide us a quote on windows and make recommendations to replace our patio and storm door. Paul patiently answered all of questions & communicated with us up thru the installation. The team of installers were quick and professional, replacing 11 windows, a custom patio door, and storm door within a day. They cleaned up every piece of packaging, metal, etc and demonstrated how to use the new windows. I would recommend Innovative Home Improvements without reservation."

Long story short after he measured, sent me an estimate; we kept in touch when it would be in; we connected with a date to install; he was very professional, cleaned up behind himself. I did decide to replace 4 front windows. Deposit was easy to make. Windows came in timely. Yesterday my project manager was also Leah who came first advised me what was going to happen, whom was coming and when. My window team came, two great guys that amazed me how quick they got my windows out. They were upmost polite and respectful of my home and myself. Very little dust and they cleaned up everything.
