"I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the commitment to delivering exemplary service. As an example, I was having a bathroom tub re-caulked. After they did it, the technician (Ben) said he didn't think the color of the standard caulk looked good, he checked in with me about it, and redid it the next day. One aspect of the project also ended up taking longer than expected and they couldn't get it done in the projected timeframe, but Ben and Marcos made sure that they were there first thing the following day to make sure it got done and I didn't have to wait weeks to get back on the schedule. "we had two people come out and tell us that we needed the gutters cledaned out and caulking the windows because we had rain coming in the bedroom. After have ar creative remodeling inc come out they told us we needed the wood replaced on the windows and boy were they right it was all rotten on three windows so they replaced the windows the drywall the outside under the vinyl and framed the windows caulked put up brand new gutters much better than what we had and the house looks brand new and is 41 years old. I can't say enough about this company and will definietly call them in the future if we need any work done. Will recommend them to anyone who asks."
