Paul explained the different types of windows, the insulation and noise blocking qualities of each and provided guidance when I needed it. Once my selection of the windows was completed, I was provided an installation timeframe and signed the contract. The contract was clear and simple and I appreciated the explanations provided in it. When the windows arrived, Paul scheduled a day for the installers to come and replace the windows. They were careful to make sure it was on a day when it was not raining to keep the rain out of the house. As with all window and door installations, the installation quality matters as much as the windows.
