"The guys did a great job identifying why two of my windows were leaking water. The flashing off the roof was diverting rainwater down the wall of the instead of into the gutter. They fixed the flashing, re-caulked around all of the windows in that corner and even repointed a couple of bricks. Great work, they cleaned up after themselves, were communicative, and prompt. I will definitely use them again!"

As for the door the service man, he was the one that discovered the door was damaged, it has been returned. As for the dog door being installed, that has been ‘tabled’ now. Now, granted, I was informed ahead of time of all the expenses from the company, and I agreed to it. As to their work, I can not comment because they did not do any, their work may be excellent. The service man that came out was able to get me a deduction for any future work. As for me, this has been an expensive lesson, that has been learned."
