"The gentleman showed up on time, and admitted that he had never worked with the dog door kit I had, to be installed in a sliding glass door. I admit that I was told, up front of their service charge for coming out. However, they were the only professionals that were willing to come out. As for the door the service man, he was the one that discovered the door was damaged, it has been returned. As for the dog door being installed, that has been ‘tabled’ now. Now, granted, I was informed ahead of time of all the expenses from the company, and I agreed to it. As to their work, I can not comment because they did not do any, their work may be excellent. The service man that came out was able to get me a deduction for any future work. As for me, this has been an expensive lesson, that has been learned."

"we had two people come out and tell us that we needed the gutters cledaned out and caulking the windows because we had rain coming in the bedroom. After have ar creative remodeling inc come out they told us we needed the wood replaced on the windows and boy were they right it was all rotten on three windows so they replaced the windows the drywall the outside under the vinyl and framed the windows caulked put up brand new gutters much better than what we had and the house looks brand new and is 41 years old. I can't say enough about this company and will definietly call them in the future if we need any work done. Will recommend them to anyone who asks."
