Very professional and so nice and neat, I have never seen caulk work done so neat and uniform around the bathtub faucet I would have bet money that it was an O ring and not caulk. I was happy with the price, the quality of work, the professionalism, punctuality, the fact that Brian returned every single one of my calls and text. He explained everything to me in detail and asked me if I had any questions at any time to ask. He went over everything in the contract in detail and asked if I understood it or had any questions before he let me sign it. When . work was completed they left the bathroom cleaner then it was before they started. I would definitely use B C G Building Solutions again and would highly recommend them."

Now, granted, I was informed ahead of time of all the expenses from the company, and I agreed to it. As to their work, I can not comment because they did not do any, their work may be excellent. The service man that came out was able to get me a deduction for any future work. As for me, this has been an expensive lesson, that has been learned."
