Unprofessional Behavior: The crew exhibited unacceptable behavior while working on my property. Not only did I witness them disposing of bodily fluids on-site, but they were also disrespectful and dismissive. when I raised concerns no response was received. I now smell urine when entering and exiting my garage. 2. "Overall, I would say I'm 80 percent satisfied with the work performed by US Granite Marble Inc. It appears that they order one slab for my kitchen job, but it was not enough. One kitchen cabinet was moved to compensate for one countertop not being long enough. As a result, it exposed a little more than a half inch of sheet rock that had never been painted and a gap in my floor tile that had originally been covered with the bottom cabinet molding. Upon completion, they moved my refrigerator over to cover this imperfection. I was asked whether they could bring the large slabs through my garage instead of the front door. I have a pantry connected to my garage...so there is a pantry door and a garage door. Working in my office I noticed a large fly come into the room and when I went to the kitchen they had both the garage door and pantry door open letting in not only bugs but heat from outside on a high humidity day. I closed the pantry door and as long as I was in the kitchen they would close the door behind themselves. After they left for the day, I noticed that my air condition was not cutting off as usual. Checking the thermostat, I realized that they had dropped the temperature in my house to compensate for them leaving both doors open. The next day the owner stopped by to view and address my concerns. He tried to make what appeared to be excuses for the movement of my cabinet. He stated "I'm noy saying they moved the cabinet, but if they did, I'll find out why. Now the owner is the one who measured my kitchen project and if he had noticed and/or seen the gap I believe he would have noted it or brought it to my attention that his company would not be liable for this discrepancy. It's been a week, and the owner has not followed up with me to resolve this issue."

Came in went over what was to be done, got right to work measuring and demo the old sink. There was a good amount of dust from cutting the granite, they did a great job cleaning up. The plumber, Retilo was wonderful also. I had a slow leak which i didnt know. he showed me, and replaced the fitting for it (addtl cost but small). He re hooked the garbage disposal made sure everything was working properly. Although they were fast workers (probably because they do this so often) they took time to answer my questions and made sure i understood the installation process. My sink looks awesome, looks like it was put in originally, would never know it was changed. I recommend them 100%"
