"Everything was fine until they did not properly refund me my deposit. I called them once I notice fraudulent charges on my debit card, which was cancelled, to give them the current information. They stated they could not refund on the new card and went ahead and processed the old cancelled card. They stated the refund was processed even though I have bank statement to prove otherwise. They refuse to remedy this issue."
