7 Movers assisted with my move last week. I have a 3x5 new rug that has gone completely missing, and also had an entire box of collectible mugs that was smashed to bits. I contacted 7 Movers via email, and despite previously being very responsive, they have neglected to respond to any emails, or provide me information on being reimbursed/filing a claim. I would absolutely never use them again and will continue reporting them until this issue is resolved.

I've used 7 Movers for 2 moves in the past 4 years and had an excellent experience both times. The movers, I wish I could remember their names, we professional and quite good at fitting everything in the truck securely. Everything made it from one home to the other in one piece. They were efficient and very clear about their pricing. They even had enough additional boxes and tape for last minute items I hadn't packed yet. I would definitely use their services again.

I have hired 4 moving companies in my lifetime. 7 Movers is by far the best moving company I have ever had business with. The owner of the company (Baha?) is an intelligent young man who exceeded all my expectations about the move. His company is not the cheapest company out there but without a shadow of a doubt, 7 Movers is worth every penny! His crew doesn’t waste their time as some other movers I have dealt with in the past. After they left, I checked all my furniture and surprisingly enough I couldn’t find any scratches as I always would with my previous moves. Overall, it was the smoothest move I have ever had. I have my friend moving the first week of December, who I already referred to 7 Movers! I would definitely hire them again.

Very punctual and very fast! Maybe a little bit too fast! Left part of dining room table at old residence. That was the only snafu!! They returned for it and came back and set the table up, no worries! Would definitely hire again!!

Wonderful. Three young men came and moved our heaviest furniture. They were hired for 3 hours because we were moving locally. They worked hard and consistently. I actually had them come back a few days later to help move remaining heavy items we were unable to fit in truck. It was less expensive hiring them for a few hours than it was renting the truck and doing it ourselves for some of the heavy items, and miscellaneous items. They were friendly, polite, and hardworking. Nothing broken, and care was taken with all our items.

Were careful and quick. Moved everything (furniture, rugs, appliances and boxes we had packed) to garage and back again at a later date -- twice. Quite amazing team of young men. Found them on Angie's and would definitely recommend to all and would hire again.

I used them last year when there was a coupon with Angie's list, I have to say they are GREAT! 3 men and a truck, finished my mom's one bedroom apartment move in 2 hours. Although distance wise the 2 locations are close, I was still amazed to see how efficient and processional they are. The price, even without the coupon is very reasonable and competitive to other movers. I referred them to my friends and got great feedback as well. We just used them again this past weekend, still amazing! Had some hiccups for the moving due to the destination building service elevator out of service, they still tried their best to get the move finished at their best effort! Will keep on referring them to my friends!

The team did an excellent job moving our belongings. They were even willing to stop by the weigh station before and after loading the truck to assist us with the information needed for our military relocation. Great service!

They were an hour late. They had dropped a couple of things on their way in. They didn't try to cover it up or anything. They did excellent work. The individuals were very professional.
The company as a whole sent three people that day, which I only paid for two. They had expected, without checking with me, that I would need three. If they hadn't completed within the time frame they did, it would've cost me extra. It was just a little bit unprofessional, and the company was a little bit off. They need to check in with customers prior to the dates and asking more poignant questions. For instance, when they found out that I had a couch when they got there, I had told them that already, but they said they needed three people because of the size of the couch. They could be a little more upfront ahead of time and calling to check in with the customer to insure they get all of the details they can prior to arrival.

I had a very specific time frame, and they were able to squeeze me in. One of their movers injured himself on the previous job before mine. The owner personally came and replaced him causing not much of a delay. Work was good.

They were awesome. I just started a new job and I was unable to be there when they came to move our stuff, so my wife had to oversee the movers. They were very prompt and professional. This was my wife's first move (dealing with movers) and she loved how easy it was. They were clear about the charges from the beginning. I really appreciate the fact they didn't try to charge more money as another company did from Angie's List. I would highly recommend this company! I would definitely go with them again.

7 movers were able to schedule my job at the last minute, when I needed it done and to my complete satisfaction. They were very prompt, polite and professional. For my job they were exactly what I needed and did a great job. It was good. It was a positive experience overall. They arrived on time. The guys did move my items, we didn't have any major issues, the only problem is that it took a little longer to move, so I had to pay additional charges related to the move. They weren't awful, but they weren't amazing. They were good,. I like that they came on time,they moved all the items in one trip, they didn't have to make a second trip, and they moved in all the items without breaking anything. Nothing was broken, which is positive. I didn't have anything that I disliked outside of the additional charges. They were ok, I mean they came and they did their job, it wasn't like they were super friendly per say, but they were appropriate. They weren't angry or anything.

"We appreciate your cooperation and time. Thank you for your feedback. However, I would like to explain few things about your move. First of all, you bought the coupon for 2 men crew, without contacting us first for discussing about your move. Secondly, we requested a complete list of moving items. Your response:, "I have a one bedroom apartment with a storage space in the basement. I have a queen bedroom set and a sectional couch. The balance are tables, bookshelves, boxes and clothes." According to this list of moving items, the 2 men crew is good enough and you already purchased the coupon for 2 guys. What we had in reality: there were long walk ways from your apartment and the storage units (2 storage units) to the loading dock, many boxes (that were still in the process of packing), trash bags, small items (usually we not supposed to move stuff that not in the boxes), mirrors and pictures. A truck was completely full, moreover we had to tie a box spring outside the truck (we were not supposed to do that). If you had had more furniture instead of bunch of boxes, it would have took less time. In the beginning we told you that your move was for 3 men crew not 2. It took us about 40 min to get to your new place and there was the long walk way with the stairs (In that moment I told you that unload will take more time than we expected, thank you for helping us unload the truck). In your new apartment you asked us to move your sectional couch two times and we had to move all the boxes first because there was no place to put them. So, you're giving us overall rate "C", why? What was our fault? Just because you didn't provide us accurate details of your move and were not ready on time we got our first "C"? You had so much stuff that in your new place there was no space to walk in to the kitchen. The 2 men crew moved you in 7,5 hours, the 3 men crew could make it in 5,5-6 hours. Were you expecting just 4 hours? You gave us price rate "C", please, compare our coupons and hourly rates with the other companies that perform the same quality as we do. I would be happy to see those numbers. I'm sorry, but I didn't get it. Why should we get low rate if the customer couldn't prepare to her move and didn't cooperate with us before the move. I had explained you, if you want a quick move let us move furniture and boxes only (without all miscellaneous items). It seemed like you agreed with this plan, but then you changed your mind and we took almost everything. Now you are complaining that it took longer and giving us low rate. That's so unfair. Baha, 7 Movers LLC"
